This year i have exams so i need my brain to work hard. Especially in spring, because it's the end of the year & my organism is very tired. That's why i need more vitamins & where do we have enough? Of cause in healthy food!
This spring i choose:
Bananas. They are full of starch & thrombotonin (the hormone of happiness)
Fruits. I think everybody knows that they are necessary!
Chocolate. Is good for brain.
Raisins. Is good for brain too.
WATER!!! (drink drink drink more!)
So here is my menu this spring. Hope you like my advice:)
