Yoga

For relaxation i prefer yoga:
  1. It helps to feel yourself
  2. You feel the energy inside you
There are a lot of yoga videos, but now i choose these:



They are based on relaxing movements. Also they are connected with dancing.
I like them, because they help to feel yourself, to feel your body & after these exercises you feel yourself much better.
I think everyone should try it: good luck!
