Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so I choose healthy & nutritious food. It can be scrambled egg, oatmeal, muesli, tea/juice. Also I can add fresh fruits or berries. And sometimes (on Sunday most of all) I make a little present for me: pancakes with honey & strawberry! It's so delicious, yum!
And then I feel myself much better, and I can start a good day!
